EMPLOYEES AND STAFF NOT WEARING MASKS.
9-1-20 VISITED SITE. ASSISTANT MANAGER, NICOLE STUMP WAS BEHIND THE REGISTER WEARING A FACE SHIELD. ACCORDING TO NICOLE SOME EMPLOYEES ARE WEARING THE MASKS AND SOME ARE NOT. SHE WAS INFORMED THAT ALL EMPLYEES SHOULD BE WEARING MASKS. IF CUSTOMER IS REFUSING TO WEAR A MASK THEY JUST LET THEM IN. CORPORATE DOES NOT WANT ANY CONFRONTATION. DISCUSSED WAY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION SUCH AS INFORMING MASKLESS CUSTOMERS THAT IT IS JUST A FEW MINUTES THAT THEY ARE SHOPPING AND OLD CUSTOMERS MAY FEEL UNSAFE AND THIS IS A COMMUNITY STORE AND CERTAINLY DON'T WANT ANYONE FEELING AFRAID TO ENTER THE STORE, ETC. SHE WAS GIVEN THE PHASE 4 RESTORE ILLINOIS GUIDELINES. |
